HOW DOES IT WORK?

🟢 STEP 1 — REGISTER

You do not have to make any payment at this stage.

🟢 STEP 2 — WE VERIFY YOUR RETIREE STATUS

After receiving your registration, Pickleball Proxi will contact you by email.

We will request the information necessary to verify that you meet the requirements to participate in the retiree shareholder programme.

The process is simple and private.

🟢 STEP 3 — LEARN ABOUT THE PROJECT

Once your registration has been verified, you will receive information about the project:

  • how the module works

  • how the company is structured

  • what the shareholder's participation involves

  • how the module is managed

  • how profits may be distributed

  • what rights and conditions apply to shareholders

We want you to understand the project before making any decision.

🟢 STEP 4 — SYMBOLIC CONTRIBUTION

If you decide to continue, the initially proposed contribution is:

A symbolic amount representing your initial participation in the project, subject to the final legal structure.

You will receive the relevant instructions for making the contribution.

🟢 STEP 5 — BECOME A SHAREHOLDER

Once the company has been incorporated and your participation has been formally established:

YOU BECOME A MINORITY SHAREHOLDER OF THE MODULE

You do not need to be at the module every day.

You do not need to find customers.

You do not need to manage bookings.

You do not need to manage the technology.

The operation of the module will be organised through a management and automation structure.

WHAT ABOUT THE €70,000 MODULE COST?

This is an important question.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CONTRIBUTE €70,000.

The estimated cost of one module is approximately:

Pickleball Proxi will seek the necessary financing through:

BANK FINANCING · PRIVATE INVESTMENT · PROJECT FINANCING · OR A COMBINATION OF THESE OPTIONS

The proposed contribution from the retiree shareholder is initially symbolic.

DO I HAVE TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR?

NO.

You do not need to create your own business.

You do not need to manage a sports centre.

You do not need to hire staff.

You do not need to manage bookings.

Your participation consists of becoming part of the module's company under the conditions established by the applicable legal structure.

DO I HAVE TO WORK AT THE MODULE?

NO, THIS IS NOT REQUIRED.

The concept is designed to operate with a high level of automation.

Bookings, access, lighting, climate control, and various services can be managed digitally.

There may be a local support person for tasks such as cleaning and restocking, but the concept does not require permanent staff to be present at the module.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MONEY?

The initially proposed contribution is:

In a limited liability company, shareholders generally do not have personal liability for the company's debts under the applicable legal framework.

This means that simply being a shareholder does not mean personally taking responsibility for the company's loans, rent, or operating expenses.

BUT WE WANT TO BE CLEAR WITH YOU:

Every business investment involves risk.

The €1 contribution may not be recovered and dividends are not guaranteed.

The objective of the model is for the retiree's financial exposure to be limited to their participation in the company, subject to the final legal structure.

CAN I EARN MONEY AS A SHAREHOLDER?

If the module generates profits and the company legally decides to distribute them, shareholders may receive dividends according to their rights and participation.

EXAMPLE SIMULATION

Monthly module result:

If 90% of the distributable result were allocated to the 7 shareholders:

€4,608 ÷ 7 = €658.29

The actual result will depend on module occupancy, revenue, expenses, financing, taxes, maintenance, and other factors.

Each module is initially designed for:

This creates a small group of shareholders around each module.

Each module will have its own structure and accounts.

Seven shareholders.

And if the model proves successful, it can be replicated in other locations.

WHAT IF THERE ARE ALREADY 7 SHAREHOLDERS?

When a module reaches the planned number of shareholders, registration for that module may be closed.
